Entrepreneurs have officially entered the space age as Jeff Bezos unveiled his plans to land a lunar lander on the moon in 2024. He calls it “blue moon.”
Apparently, he may have got the idea for the name “BLUE MOON” from a beer company
They had something to say about the lander on Twitter.
Bezos comes off as if he wants to create the groundwork for an infrastructure of space business. At least that’s what comes off in his interview at the SMU forum on leadership back in 2018. It seems since then there’s been a sort of feud brewing between him and the CEO of Space X Elon Musk.
Elon Musk, however, seems to be totally dominating the Space Race with his Falcon 9 Rocket which can take off and land on a dime.

It is an exciting time to be a part of the new space race. Especially seeing this multi-billion dollar giants competing against one another in the market. Who will come out ahead in the end? Only Time will tell. The only thing I know is that a little competition is always healthy.
